📌Important Installation Tips: When installing the front panel, the arrow symbol of the square shaft must be installed facing the door edge.

📌Troubleshooting: After installation, the door lock cannot work normally or the handle can lift up to unlock.

✔Solution:Check whether the arrow symbol of the square shaft is installed facing the door edge.

📌How to reset the door lock

⇨First,open the cover of the back handle and install batteries.

⇨Then,long press the “reset” button for 5 seconds to wake up the lock ,when you hear the door lock beep and the front handle indicator lights up blue , the reset is successful.

⇨Finally,the initialization is complete ,and start to set-up the door lock via App.

📌Add door lock to App

⇨First, after the door lock is reset successfully, use your finger touch the fingerprint area to wake up the door lock.

⇨Then,click””Add lock””, search for nearby locks and add door lock;

⇨Note: Make sure that your phone closes to the door lock(within distance of bluetooth ), connected the Internet and Bluetooth turned on during this process.

📌Power Way

✔Only supports 4 AAA batteries power the door lock (batteries not included).

✔Emergency USB Port: USB port is only used for emergency connection when the batteries runs out.

Note：Emergency USB Port cannot charge the door lock or internal batteries (USB cable not included).

✔Remotely control and Alexa: Connect the gateway to realize remote control,and the voice control of Alexa needs to be enabled through Gateway.（Gateway and Alexa all not included,the matching gateway Osgrem sold separately）
